What this website collects
The website has no forms, accounts or members area. When you visit, the hosting server automatically records technical data (IP address, browser, requested page, date and time) in its logs, for security and operation. The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus) and served through the Cloudflare, Inc. network, which protects it and makes it faster: both process this technical data as providers under their own policies (Hostinger, Cloudflare), which also state how long it is kept.
Visit statistics
To understand in aggregate how this page is used, I use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, services of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). I collect the pages visited, the page language, the detected operating system and clicks on download buttons, GitHub links and interactive elements of the page (menu, tabs, FAQ, installation guide). I do not collect your name, email or other data that directly identifies you, and I do not use this data for advertising or profiling.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. It uses the _ga and _ga_* cookies (maximum duration 2 years), which are set only after you consent in the banner. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page, with no effect on your use of the page or the downloads. Your choice is stored in the cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_preferences and cmplz_banner-status cookies (1 year), shared with the rest of aversa.design. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Google keeps the data for 14 months and then deletes it automatically. Data may be transferred to the United States: Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
GitHub download counter
To show the download count, your browser requests the figure from GitHub (api.github.com). GitHub then receives your IP address and browser details, as with any website visit. See GitHub's privacy statement.
Fonts and external resources
Fonts are hosted on this website: no requests go to Google Fonts or other services. The app files are downloaded from GitHub Releases, which processes data under its own policy.
Preferences stored in your browser
If you choose the light or dark theme, the choice is saved in your browser (localStorage) under the key at-theme. It is not sent anywhere and you can delete it by clearing the site's data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing by writing to the email above, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.
